Key Features

Omnichannel content / document generation

Optimizes content according to specifics of the output channel, enabling companies to maintain relationship with their customers on relevant channels: web, email, mobile, portal, printed mail or other electronic channels.

Printing house independence

Relieves the company from the dependence on print service providers and printing technology, which can further reduce document production costs. Managing, creating and modifying layout templates are feasible in-house; documents can be produced in the company’s IT infrastructure.

Closed workflow execution

Its closed workflow serves the highest level of data security required by financial institutions and insurance companies, and ensures compliance with legal provisions and standards, whilst enabling the creation, process, modification and version control of standardized documents.

Completion check

Completion check and feedback to source systems are based on the event logging of processing steps and user interactions, as well on the statements, statistics, feedback files and logs from the audit database.

Digitally signed documents

The approval and digital signature of electronic documents are ensured by FlowLogic’s e-signing module, that uses standardized, third-party electronic signature and time stamp solutions for this purpose.

The modular design of FlowLogic provides versatile scalability according to needs, while the open interface allows integration into any IT environment.

The implementation of FlowLogic allows data to be collected from multiple sources, to create and process standardized documents (on-demand, interactive or bulk documents, e-mail, Internet, front-office, etc.). Business, IT and management requirements can be coordinated.

FlowLogic builds a bridge between specialised applications, satellite systems, (in case of paper-based documents) print service providers and any other output channels. The platform has its own archive output solution, which can easily work with any other archive systems.

FlowLogic platform ensures these benefits in all forms of document generation: batch, interactive or on-demand.

What does batch, interactive and on-demand document creation mean?

On top of the key features, the maturity of FlowLogic guarantees smooth execution of even challenging tasks such as user-defined document template design, version tracking of templates, completion check or compliance with the always changing legal and corporate regulations.
