INNODOX ZRT. INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY


Information is a critically important element of the successful business operation and activities of INNODOX Zrt., including its availability, integrity, and confidentiality. In order to ensure the confidential handling of business information, the continuous availability of IT infrastructure and databases supporting operations, data compliance, the confidential handling of personal data, as well as the systematic and reliable fulfillment of legal and customer requirements, we operate an information security management system in accordance with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard and are committed to its continuous maintenance and improvement. During the operation of the system:

our data and information protection measures are based on risk assessment.

We design and operate solutions proportionate to the identified risks.

We consider the human factor to be critical from a security perspective; therefore, we ensure that all employees and subcontractor partners are aware of the risks related to their activities, their role in mitigating these risks, and that they perform their responsibilities accordingly.

We have established and operate a strict access control system within our IT environment and ensure protection against external intrusions and viruses.

We continuously monitor the operation and effectiveness of our information security system, as well as incidents, and use this information to define development objectives.

We have regulated the activities and processes that ensure the maintenance and improvement of information security.

In our risk management plan, we annually define measures related to the development of the information security system.

The Company’s management makes its decisions in line with the above and expects all employees to support the defined objectives.

We regularly review the environmental impacts of our activities and assess how significant adverse impacts can be reduced.
