Information security policy 

Information, its availability, integrity and confidentiality are an extremely important element of the successful business operation and activity of INNODOX Zrt. Information protection in accordance with ISO / IEC 27001: 2013 in order to ensure the confidentiality of business information, the continuous availability of operational IT infrastructure and databases, the adequacy of data, the confidentiality of personal data and the systematic and reliable fulfillment of other legal and customer requirements we operate the system and are committed to its continuous maintenance and development.

During the operation of the system

  • • we base our data and information protection measures on a risk assessment,

  • • we develop and operate solutions that are proportionate to the risks, 

  •  

  • • we consider the human factor to be decisive from the point of view of safety, therefore in the case of all our employees and subcontractors

  • • we make sure that they are aware of the risks related to their activities, their role in mitigating them, and take care of this accordingly,

  • • we have developed and operated a strict access system in our IT system,

  • • we constantly monitor the operation and effectiveness of our information security system, incidents, and use this information to set development goals,
